Here’s another yummy porridge recipe, because we just can’t get enough, right? I love the contrast between the slightly sour blueberry compote and the sweet banana porridge. You can decorate your bowl with fresh blueberries and some banana slices, almond butter or even our homemade protein bomb granola.
- a handful blueberries
- a dash of lemon juice
- a pinch of brown sugar
- some ground cinnamon I'm obsessed with cinnamon so I'm sort of adding it to everything
Banana Coconut Porridge
- half a banana smashed
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1 cup of milk I used rice milk
- 1 tablespoon grated coconut
In a separate casserole, bring milk and oats to boil, then add grated coconut and smashed banana.
Assemble it all in a bowl. Bon appétit!
