Spiced Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger grated
  • 4 cardamom seeds
  • star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp organic honey
  • 1 lemon squeezed

Instructions

  1. Bring water with grated ginger, cardamon seeds, some star anise (1 or 2 is enough) and a cinnamon stick to boil. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

  2. Add honey and lemon juice.

  3. Pour into your thermos flask and have a sip all day long or enjoy immediately.
