I’m not sure whether I should call this bread, cake or brownie… it’s too moist and delicious to be called bread but too healthy to be called cake or brownie. You wouldn’t suspect that there are actually two whole (!!) zucchinis hiding in there. At the same time, there’s no refined sugars and no butter, instead I used honey and colza oil (which is highly underrated in my opinion). You can enjoy this cake/bread guilt-free! So roll up your sleeves and let’s do this!
