Where do you deliver and how long will it take?

At the moment we only deliver in Europe. Delivery charges are free. Delivery time is 3 - 25 working days (this is because we work with various warehouses worldwide). However, if you don´t live in Europe, and you want to order a product from our website, you are more than welcome to contact us and we´ll get back to you with a shipping quote. Thank you.

Is it safe to order from your site?

Yes, it is very safe to order from our site.

What is your return policy?

Can I place an order on the telephone?

We´re sorry but you can´t. We are an online shop.

How can I pay for my order?

All orders can be paid by credit or debit card through Paypal. It's not necessary to have or to open an account with Paypal. You can also pay through Stripe.

Do you have a brick and mortar shop?

Who will deliver my parcel?

This depends on from which warehouse the products are being sent.
