All prices mentioned are inclusive VAT.

After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation by email with all the details.  Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days, upon receiving the complete payment and if the goods are in stock, but it can take up to 28 days for delivery.  If we do not receive payment within 7 days the order will automatically be removed. If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you immediately by email.
It´s possible that your shipment will be sent in different packages, you will be notified of this by email but you do not need to pay extra shipping.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.  However, you must send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the goods telling us that you want a refund and the reason why you want to return it.  The items must have all tags attached and they must not be damaged or worn (except for manufactured damages).  The items must be returned within 30 days after delivery date.  After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.  Items of personal use cannot be returned do to hygiene.

When you return an item you are responsible for the costs of shipping.

We will refund within 10 days after receiving the returned items.

We do not accept merchandise back that has been worn, washed, dried, ironed or altered.  We are NOT responsible for damaged and/or delayed products made by the transport company, nor if the transport company loses the package.  We are also NOT responsible for buttons, zips, glitters, etc. This also applies for fading colours and defects due to washing and ironing.
